Condenser Brush – For small-bore tubes of 1/2″ (13mm) to 1″ (26mm). Of similar construction to the D.S. Pattern and available in STEEL BRASS and PHOSPHOR BRONZE WIRE and FIBRE filling. Supplied for HAND and MECHANICAL use. | |
D.S. Brush – A robustly made brush, double filled, for prolonged cleaning work in STRAIGHT tubes. Various grades of filling can be made available, in lieu of the normal 30g wire. Effective working diameters are between 19mm and 76mm. | |
S.H.K. Brush – This brush has a very strong scouring action indeed and is much in demand by some Sugar Mills. Rapidly cleans and polished all types of STRAIGHT tubes leaving an excellently burnished surface. It is filled with 20g crimped wire as a standard. Available in tube sizes 22mm to 102mm internal diameter. | |
Single Spiral Brush – For tubes of 1″(26mm) to 4″(104mm) bore. For hand use only. The orthodox brush which can be used for hand rodding purposes for light scale removal. Available in various fills. | |
SPR Double Spriral Brush – As the Standard D.S. Brush but filled with small diameter coil spring inserts. For use only in severe conditions. | |
T.B. Brush – This design of the brush is used mainly for light brushing and polishing of tube surfaces in all types of tubular plants and is particularly useful for CURVED tubes. Two types are available, i,e. LIGHT pattern filled with 32/33g or 30g FINE wire and HEAVY pattern (in larger hubs containing more wire) filled with 27g crimped wire. Made in all sizes between 12mm and 76mm diameter in the LIGHT pattern and 38mm to 102mm diameter in the HEAVY pattern. |
